How to sign up for a trip
Our sign-up process takes place through a link released each week on our Instagram story

Sign-ups open on the Monday of the week before a Sunday trip (6 days before the trip).
We will post a google form link on our Instagram story.

​Fill out the form.
Please make sure to send us ONE sign up form. Reservations are answered in chronological order and priority is given to those who pay immediately. The bus fills up very quickly, so set a reminder on your phone to make sure you sign up in time.

Wait to hear back from us.
We will reach out to everyone who has a spot. Please be patient, sign up days are very busy. If you do not hear back from us within the hour, you will automatically be added to the waitlist.

Pay the same day.
Payment for those who have their spot confirmed during signup hours are due the same day at 5 pm. If payment is not sent during this time we will fill from the waitlist.
Payment options
Bus tickets are $30 for members and $40 for non-members.
Need a lift ticket, too? Get yours for $70!
Cash
Bring us cash at office hours or arrange to meet an exec.
E-transfer
E-transfers can be sent to uofoskiandsnow@gmail.com. Do not send us an e-transfer without a confirmed spot.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued if enough advance notice is given before the trip or for reasons deemed valid. You have until 8:00pm Wednesday night to receive a refund for the upcoming Sunday bus fee. Lift tickets will not be refunded after Friday at noon.
Sunday trip schedule
Subject to change: depends on weather/special events. Check our IG for updates!
7:00: Bus leaves Carleton (at the main OC Transpo stop)
7:15: Bus leaves uOttawa (in front of Thompson Residence)
8:00: Stop at McDonald's/Corner store for breakfast/beverages
9:30: Arrive at Tremblant!
9:45 - 10:00: Pickup your lift tickets on the 2nd floor of the Chalet des voyageurs (room with big round tables, look for someone with a lot of lift tickets on hand). Then shred all day!
14:00: Caribou Bar opens!
17:00: Bus departs Tremblant (from the same spot as drop off)
17:30: Stop at grocery store for dinner/beverages
19:30 - 20:00: Arrival back in Ottawa
When we have two buses, one leaves at 16:30 and one leaves at 17:00.
